Halloween in Second Life ~ A medley for 2022

A little musical Photo album to collect some memories of my favourite places I visited during the halloween season ~ Lots of fun was had and it was so easy to loose myself in the spooky surroundings, exploring and getting tangled up with the ghostly goings-on.

Some photographic memeories from The Curse of Samhain event at 'Deception' - 'The Archive' 

The region is open all year with different events being hosted throughout, it;s a great place to relax or go for a little stroll to unwind.

The theme of the region is a fan based tribute and virtual experience for all Deceptioners, in memory & dedication to the TV series "Deception"

The Bellisseria Halloween Candy Bucket Hunt is back :)x

It's that spooky time of year again and the great Bellisseria Halloween Candy Bucket Hunt is back !

This amazingly fun hunt for Candy is held all across Bellisseria, where residents put out Pumpkin Candy Buckets and everybody, even if not a Bellisseria resident can collect candy ~ every participant who collects at least one piece of candy will receive a prize and top collectors will recieve limited edition collection bears.

Last year I made it into the top 100 and loved the bears I received, I shall give it my jolly best this year to aim higher...so if you see me running and zipping around...I will be on a mission :)

 I just keep going back to this magical place ... to think that soon it will be veiled by the mist and be no more until next year, so I am going to make the very best of the short time left :)

Spending more spooky chilling time at All Hallows at Moochie ... there is so, so much to explore

On my latest visit there were more nooks and secret wee chill-out snuggle spots I discovered, just about every turn leads to a quaint scene or a rather grand setting ...  sometimes, though, it leads to a wee place where the whispers are getting louder and the mist hides a little tingly something ... a couple of photos here, the rest is in a new slideshow.

Please visit this magical place, if you can ... so many nooks and crannies, hidden hidey-places, cosy snuggle spots and secret little (and not so little) corners to discover and explore; the photos don't come anywhere close to the magical atmosphere you'll experience when you're actually there, so many awe moments...

A day on Deadman's Island ~ Happy start to the spooky season x

 Ahhh ... what better reason to put the old decorating on hold and to be gallivanting around the now ever more mystical SL Universe than the arrival of the enigmatic season of Hallowe'en. So many exciting destinations, so little time ... well, a month, really and I'll probably need that to see it all :) Today I spent some time on the excellently spooky Deadman's Island ... foggy undergrowth, water that seems to be whispering, creatures and ghouls will accompany you past a lone cemetery to a place that time truly forgot, all under the eye of a watchful presence :) ...  here are some pics ...
